The taxonomic position of was re-examined. The reconstructed phylogenetic tree based on multilocus sequence analysis showed that LMG 24441 (=KCTC 12878) was closely related to 07A044, showing 99.5–100 % similarities for and gene sequences and concatenated partial and gene sequences. High sequence similarities between LMG 24441 and 07A044 indicated that they have the same taxonomic position. was reclassified as and is a later heterotypic synonym of .
