Abstract

Herein, we report a case of endogenous endophthalmitis caused by . The organism was sensitive to gentamicin, vancomycin and chloramphenicol and resistant to cefazolin, ofloxacin, gatifloxacin and ciprofloxacin. The patient was successfully treated with vitrectomy and sensitivity-based intravitreal vancomycin.
