Abstract

Bacillary angiomatosis is a well-recognized infection with cutaneous and systemic manifestations caused by or and occurs in immunocompromised patients. We report a case of bacillary angiomatosis following fludarabine-based chemotherapy for chronic lymphocytic leukaemia that was refractory to standard treatment and was complicated by lymphadenopathy and osteomyelitis.
