Abstract

Immunoelectron microscopy was used to determine the accessibility of gold-labelled monoclonal antibodies, specific for the SR protein and serotype polysaccharide, to the surface of viable cells of . The results indicate that both antigens are simultaneously accessible to their respective antibodies.
