In addition, when prodigiosin synthesis is induced in non-pigmented cells, a parallel rapid synthesis of cyclic depsipeptide occurs concomitantly. Their simultaneous occurrence may indicate a common control. %U https://www.microbiologyresearch.org/content/journal/micro/10.1099/00221287-67-3-319
