Abstract

The recognition sites on πœ™105 DNA for the restriction endonucleases RI, II, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, III, I, RV and I have been mapped. The sites for RI are shown to be different from those published earlier. The DNA from πœ™105 contains no recognition sites for the endonucleases HI and I.
