We report a case of CAPD-related FP caused by Paecilomyces lilacinus in a 15-year-old uraemic boy. The infection was successfully treated by combination therapy consisting of oral voriconazole and terbinafine, which has not been previously reported in the treatment of FP. %U https://www.microbiologyresearch.org/content/journal/jmm/10.1099/jmm.0.2008/001149-0
