The techniques are simple and rapid, and are likely to be suitable for research and large-scale production. An 11-fold increase in specific activity, a 67 per cent. yield, and a 40-fold concentration were achieved in a single precipitation step. Immuno-electrophoretic data indicate that the purified toxin may be a complex of two different antigenic components.", }
