The incidence of tinea versicolor in central Sweden Free

Abstract

SUMMARY

In a survey of 3302 people in an area of central Sweden, tinea versicolor was diagnosed in 0.5% of males and 0.3% of females; all those infected were adults. Tinea versicolor is much less common in Sweden than in the tropics.
