Antibody responses against Ad capsid proteins and EBV gp340/220 were observed but these antibodies did not neutralize EBV in vitro. However, all immunized animals were protected against challenge following three intramuscular doses of the recombinant Ad. These data indicate that the recombinant Ad is potentially a useful vector for vaccination.", }
