From these data the primary nucleotide sequence of the satellite RNA was deduced; it contains 1375 nucleotides and a poly(A) tail. Only one long open reading frame was found which codes for a protein of mol. wt. 47873. This sequence is flanked by a 5′-terminal sequence of 13 nucleotides and a 3′ non-coding region of 87 nucleotides, which contains a sequence that resembles signals for polyadenylation in other RNA molecules.", }
