Abstract

SUMMARY

The sequence homology between the RNA genomes of Cricket paralysis virus (CrPV) and C virus (DCV) strains have been compared using cDNA hybridization analysis. Results show 60 to 85% homology between DCV strains obtained from different geographical locations. There was no detectable sequence homology between DCV and CrPV.
