All monoclonal antibodies were able to neutralize poliovirus infectivity prior to and after virus adsorption to host cells. The quantitative enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay is introduced as a second independent system for the determination of antibody specificity. Antibodies could be divided into four groups according to their reaction patterns., UL https://www.microbiologyresearch.org/content/journal/jgv/10.1099/0022-1317-64-12-2809
