A Novel Way to Transmit Plant Viruses Free

Abstract

SUMMARY

Plants were infected with viruses by electro-endosmosis. This was demonstrated with three viruses, one being maize streak virus (MSV) which, to date, has been transmissible only by leaf hoppers.
