Abstract

SUMMARY

-polymerase II extracted from 3-infected and uninfected cells were compared by measuring their abilities to bind [H]-amanitin and ribonucleoside triphosphates. Binding sites for [H]-amanitin and the dissociation constant of the complex between [H]-amanitin and RNA-polymerase II were significantly modified following 3 infection. The apparent K’s for ribonucleoside triphosphates remained unchanged.
