The six environmental and four human isolates belonged to the genus Ralstonia and were assigned to a new species for which the name Ralstonia gilardii sp. nov. is proposed. The type strain is LMG 5886T. %U https://www.microbiologyresearch.org/content/journal/ijsem/10.1099/00207713-49-2-405
