Abstract

Large restriction fragment (macrorestriction) patterns resolved by pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) were used to calculate the genomic similarity within and among five members of the genus with closely related phenotypes: , and PFGE allowed the study of the genomic organizations of these organisms.
