Reassignment of the Genus Pelsh 1936 to a New Family, fam. nov., and Emended Description of the Bavendamm 1924 Free

Abstract

I propose that the genus be placed in a new family, the , as the only genus. The reasons for this proposal are discussed briefly, and a description of the new family and an emended description of the are given.
