Abstract

is an infrequently reported cause of polyclonal plasmacytosis and hypergammaglobulinaemia. We herein document infection in a 66-year-old patient who presented with hypergammaglobulinaemia, splenomegaly with polyclonal plasmacytosis, stroke, and suspected prosthetic aortic arch infection. Clinicians should remain cognizant of the heterogeneous clinical presentations associated with bartonellosis.
